HR Manager - kind of a Director to manage different sources
- Primary Goal - managing several applications they have for recruiting, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, selecting ones to put in front of the hiring manager, and offer letter.
- 2 systems
- Clear Company (ATS/ Applicant Tracking System)
- Job Board (Culinary Agents)
- Create a video recording of the interview
- Somewhat tech savvy to work with the platforms
- Manage his other VA (Rusthine) - stay on top of her - drive KPIs - report back to the management team
- Be Ilya’s “right-hand person” and create, implement, and delegate processes

Downtime tasks:
- helping Rusthine with her tasks
- admin tasks
- updating small social media things/ website

RATE : $8 USD PER HOUR
