We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing content for online storefronts such as Amazon, ---------- and ---------- .

You’ll work closely with our marketing director to assist in creative production, content coordination, and administrative support — helping bring our brand visuals and campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for Amazon listings, websites, email campaigns, and ads
Create and update product packaging and labels
Prepare print-ready files and dielines
Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines
Assist with product mockups and visual assets
Organize and manage design files efficiently

Requirements:

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding
Strong understanding of packaging dielines
Experience creating digital and print-ready assets
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and file management skills
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with consistent availability

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred):

Experience with packaging design dielines
Familiarity with eCommerce (Amazon, Shopify) graphics
Understanding of print production and color accuracy
Experience creating product mockups or 3D renders
