Virtual Data Assistant (Remote) – Foresight Environmental
Foresight Environmental (Fe) is seeking a highly organised and detail focused Virtual Data Assistant (VDA) to support our operational, administrative, and data-processing functions. This is a long?term role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working within established processes.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Australian operations team to complete recurring admin tasks, upload and process waste?related data, support SaaS platform administration, and assist with invoicing and contractor follow?ups. Full training is provided, but strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and upload client documents, reports, and waste data.
• Perform portal admin tasks: user creation, access setup, and basic system updates.
• Assist with OSAT (scales) calibration workflows and data entry.
• Support invoicing and reconciliation tasks.
• Handle follow?ups with contractors and track outstanding submissions.
• Manage Wastedoc uploads, tenant report uploads, and historic reporting.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and data accuracy across all tasks.
Required Skills
• Strong organisational and admin skills.
• Experience using SaaS or CRM style platforms.
• Basic financial admin capability.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Exceptional attention to detail
Bonus Skills/Experience (not required but a big plus)
• Power BI or reporting experience.
• Advanced excel or data transformation skills
• Experience customising SaaS platforms (fields, lookups, data import)
• Basic SQL skills.
• IT qualification or similar
Work hours and Setup
• MUST have Windows PC (or Laptop), 2nd monitor, and stable internet connection
• Flexible schedule (20–40 hours/week)
• Availability during Australian business hours
• Have quiet working environment
• MUST be punctual, reliable, consistent, and proactive.
