JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise urgent requests through our website to solve customer issues as fast as possible.
Fast replies to live chat customers on the website, to solve any questions.
Solve customer queries using key software channels: WooCommerce (website), Mintsoft (warehouse) and HubSpot (customer service portal).
Maintain excellent communication with potential clients in English, formally via email and informally via channels such as live chat.
Serve as the main point of contact for after-sales support through our website.
Report key issues to your UK-based Line Manager.
Act as the key point of contact for our warehouse and work closely with courier companies to ensure customers receive their products in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
Written English proficiency for emails.
Spoken English proficiency for internal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (or equivalents).
Proactive and a can-do attitude.

Key Softwares (not required but advantageous to have experience with):
HubSpot (for communication with customers).
WooCommerce (to manage, edit, and check orders).
Mintsoft (to manage, edit, and check orders).
Slack (for internal company communication).
Google Meet (for internal team calls).

Expected Working Hours:
The expected working hours for this role are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM GMT time, Monday to Friday.
