Virtual Creative Assistant — RUME Magazine

RUME Magazine is looking for a Virtual Creative Assistant to support our creative, digital, and presentation work across our Instagram, website, and client pitch materials.

We are looking for someone who is highly creative, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, content creation, visual storytelling, and exploring new tools — especially AI technologies — to improve productivity and creative output.

Key Responsibilities
Create and support visual content for Instagram, website, and digital campaigns
Assist with graphic design tasks using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva
Help prepare PowerPoint presentations and client pitch decks
Review and refine creative work with strong attention to detail
Bring fresh creative ideas and visual direction to the team
Explore new AI tools and technologies to improve workflow, speed, and productivity
Support the overall creative development of RUME Magazine
Requirements
Strong creative eye and good sense of design
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Canva
Ability to create clean, visually appealing graphics
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent in English
Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to learn new tools and techniques
Comfortable working remotely
Available to start immediately
Working Hours
4–6 hours per day
Potential to increase depending on availability
Ideally available 5–6 days per week
