Virtual Construction Project Manager

Remote | Full-Time | Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time

Eskander Construction is looking for a Virtual Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate our residential projects from concept to completion. If you're detail-oriented, results-driven, and confident managing teams, timelines, and budgets—all from the comfort of your home—this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Define milestones and oversee phases from design to handover
- Plan and allocate resources, materials, and personnel

Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and maintain budgets within approved limits
- Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates
- Identify cost deviations and resolve issues proactively

Team Coordination & Supervision
- Manage teams including contractors, subcontractors, and designers
- Lead progress meetings and ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain high standards of execution, quality, and safety

Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and national building codes
- Verify materials and workmanship meet quality specs
- Conduct internal audits and support safety inspections

Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Proactively identify risks and implement contingency plans
- Troubleshoot operational or technical issues in real-time
- Monitor project health and adjust strategies as needed

Client & Subcontractor Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors
- Provide timely project updates and manage expectations
- Align deliverables with client requirements

Supplier & Subcontractor Management
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and hold them accountable

Documentation & Closeout
- Maintain organized records: contracts, permits, reports, etc.
- Coordinate final handover including manuals, warranties, and certifications

What We’re Looking For

Requirements
- Must be able to work full-time, 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
- High English proficiency (B2 – C1 level) – written and spoken
- Fast and reliable internet connection (Ethernet preferred)
- Computer with camera for video calls
- Fast typing speed is a plus

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional project management role
- Prior experience in residential construction is a big plus

Technical & Soft Skills
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and compliance
- Strong leadership and time management under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
