JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in health insurance and expertise in Go High Level CRM management. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, setting appointments, enrolling clients in health coverage, and managing CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in choosing and enrolling in the proper health coverage.
Complete and submit health insurance applications with clients.
Set and manage appointments for consultations.
Provide customer service by answering inquiries and following up with clients.
Manage and update client records in Go High Level CRM.
Ensure leads and clients are placed in the correct automation sequences.
Assist with CRM workflow automation and data organization.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in health insurance (ACA Marketplace knowledge preferred).
Proficient in Go High Level CRM (or similar platforms).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with lead management and appointment scheduling.
Self-motivated and tech-savvy with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:
Prior work with health insurance agencies, brokers, or call centers.
Familiarity with enrollment platforms like HealthSherpa.
Experience in workflow automation and CRM optimization.
