Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant/Social Media Content Manager to manage our social media presence by increasing followers and engagement across Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Using company-provided assets, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling compelling postings to grow our follower base and drive traffic to our websites, and grow our email subscribers. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing and engaging social media content, including Pinterest pins, Facebook posts, Instagram posts/reels, and TikTok posts/reels using company-provided assets.
• Write captivating captions, hashtags, and descriptions that align with our brand voice and optimize reach.
• Schedule posts and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
• Use analytics tools to track the performance of posts, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and traffic.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
• Research social media trends and best practices to inform content strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools like Tailwind.
• Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize content strategies.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing best practices is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Video editing experience for creating Instagram reels and TikTok videos.
• Knowledge of online marketing and website traffic metrics.
• Passion for the company’s niche and ability to understand and engage with its target audience.
Hours and Compensation:
• Flexible working hours, with the expectation of meeting posting and engagement schedules.
• Remote position with a competitive rate, depending on experience.
