Your Role:
As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us streamline operations, grow client relationships, and make a difference in people’s lives. You’ll handle a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly and ensure our clients receive top-notch service. This position works 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Coordination:
Video Editing and Social Media Posts.
Design newsletters and support additional marketing initiatives.
Research & Outreach:
Identify and connect with organizations and associations relevant to our client base.
Conduct outreach via calls,
Client Support:
Schedule annual review appointments and manage client follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM tools to track interactions and improve client service.
Administrative Tasks:
Organize recruiting efforts and schedule interviews.
Keep track of schedules, meetings, and tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in administrative support, marketing, or client service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong video editing and social media content creation experience.
Familiarity with tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Fluent in spoken and written English for effective communication.
Experience in financial services or a related field is a bonus.
Required Equipment:
A reliable laptop or desktop computer.
Stable internet connection.
Headphones with a microphone for calls.
Access to a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) for work.
Qualities:
