JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team! This position requires a person who is comfortable with coding, has experience using a CRM (specifically Podio), and can handle various online tasks. You will play a key role in supporting our real estate business and ensuring smooth communication with our leads, as well as maintaining and improving our websites.

Responsibilities:

Coding: Ability to make basic website fixes, edits, and updates.

CRM (Podio): Set up and manage Podio for our real estate operations.


Email
Outreach: Reach out to leads through email campaigns, handle communication, and follow-ups.

Landing Pages: Create and set up landing pages that convert for our real estate leads.

Website Maintenance: Perform basic website fixes and improvements to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Photo Editing: Edit photos to make them presentable and attractive for listings and marketing materials.

Skills Required:

Strong coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar)

Experience with Podio CRM (or similar CRMs)

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)


Email
outreach experience, including cold emails and follow-up strategies

Knowledge in setting up landing pages for lead generation

Ability to fix and update websites (WordPress or similar platforms)

Proficiency in photo editing tools like Photoshop, Canva, or others

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
