What You’ll Be Doing:
Email
Cold Calling & Lead Follow-Up – Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads.
Social Media & Marketing Support – Help manage social media posts, update listings, and create basic marketing materials.
CRM & Database Management – Keep client information up-to-date and well-organized.
Research & Reports – Find relevant market data, compile reports, and support deal-making.
General Admin Support – Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (written & spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Experience in real estate (preferred but not required) – If you’ve worked in CRE, that’s a huge plus!
Organized & detail-oriented – You thrive on keeping things in order.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
Proactive & Self-Motivated – You don’t wait to be told what to do—you make things happen!
Reliable & Trustworthy – We need someone who can be counted on.
