ABOUT THE BRAND
Math With Minis is a teacher education and coaching brand dedicated to one thing: making upper elementary math approachable, joyful, and human-centered. We provide high-quality resources for 4th-grade teachers and advocate for instructional methods—like using money as a manipulative—that build both mathematical and financial literacy. We are a digital-first brand, growing our presence through our TPT store, the Learning to Love Math podcast, and a robust social media community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Assembly: Taking raw Google Docs, podcast transcripts, and resource drafts and turning them into beautiful, formatted WordPress blog posts. You will also source high-quality educational stock photos and integrate product screenshots.
On-Page SEO: Optimizing headers, meta-descriptions, and image Alt-text. We use RankMath, but we prioritize writing for humans—specifically busy teachers looking for immediate solutions.
Product Integration: Identifying relevant Math With Minis TPT resources for each blog post and inserting trackable links and high-conversion "shop" buttons.
Pinterest Management: Creating 3–5 high-quality, "click-worthy" Pins in Canva for every post and resource, scheduling them via Pinterest’s native scheduler.
Basic Research: Staying updated on 4th-grade math standards (CCSS) and researching trending classroom topics to help inform new content.

REQUIRED SKILLS
WordPress Proficiency: You should be comfortable with the Gutenberg editor and basic plugins.
Canva Ninja: You can take a simple math problem or a resource screenshot and turn it into a professional, eye-catching Pinterest graphic or Instagram carousel.
SEO Awareness: You understand that keywords matter for teacher search intent and that internal linking is vital for growth.
English Proficiency: High-level written English is a must for formatting and basic copy-editing of educational content.
Reliability: You are a tech-oriented self-starter who can maintain our systems and processes without constant oversight.
