Virtual Assistant for Sales Support (PST Timezone)

Work Hours (Monday - Friday PST Time):
7:00 AM - 10:00 AM PST and 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM PST (8 hours daily).

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Call Reviews:
Upload and organize sales calls using ChatGPT.
Compile and maintain data in spreadsheets.

1-on-1 Call Recordings:
Distribute meeting recordings to closers and setters promptly.

Meeting Automation & Slack Management:
Set up and maintain automated processes for recurring client and internal meetings.
Automate and oversee Slack notifications to streamline communication.

General Support:
Assist Sales and Assistant Sales Managers with tasks like data hygiene, onboarding, and offboarding.
Support the audit team with client-related tasks and ensure smooth operations.
