I’m looking for a dedicated and confident VA to help with cold calling homeowners, qualifying motivated seller leads, and organizing lead info for a growing real estate investment company.

Ask questions to qualify seller leads
Enter lead data into CRM (Google Sheets)
Set appointments and follow up with leads
Optional: send follow-up texts using a system

Requirements:
Clear, confident spoken English
Reliable internet and quiet environment
Comfortable speaking to homeowners
Experience in real estate wholesaling (preferred, not required)

Tools Used:
Google Sheets
Smartphone or dialer
Call tools like Google Voice or BatchDialer

Schedule:
Part-time to start, flexible hours
