About the Job
Hi! I'm looking for a reliable, long-term VA to join my team and help with daily tasks involving light Photoshop work, book formatting, and customer service. This is a stable position with steady work. I want someone I can build a long working relationship with, not someone looking for a short-term gig. I currently have 5 employees working with from Philippines some who have been with me for 5+ years.

**Your Responsibilities**

???? Light Photoshop Work

Editing simple text layers on existing files
Applying basic graphic design knowledge (layout, fonts, spacing)
Making quick visual edits when clients request them

???? Book Editing & Formatting
Formatting books from PDF to Kindle-ready files
Ensuring clean formatting, proper chapters, and working table of contents
Bonus: If you can format paperback interiors for print, that's a big plus (not required)

???? Customer Service & Task Management
Reading and replying to emails promptly
Prioritizing daily tasks
Assigning work to our designer when needed
Making small edits and replying to clients quickly
Keeping track of customer purchases and offering additional services when appropriate

Requirements

Experience with Photoshop (basic to intermediate)
Proven experience formatting books for Kindle (KDP)
Good written English
Strong time management and ability to prioritize
Reliable internet and computer
Available to work 4 continuous hours per day, around the same time each day
Committed to long-term employment

Nice to Have (Optional)
Paperback print formatting experience
Experience with Vellum, Atticus, or InDesign
