JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support launching and validating a market offer aimed at B2B professionals in a high-trust niche.
This isn’t a typical VA role—you'll collaborate closely with the founder to execute outreach campaigns, build simple marketing assets, and gather data to gauge real customer demand.
Note: No coding or advanced web design needed. However, you must clearly communicate, use digital tools proficiently, and make thoughtful decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage or assist with these main activities:
1. Landing Page Setup
• Create a basic one-page site using Typedream or Carrd.
• Include text, graphics (provided or AI-generated), and embed Calendly for booking.
2. Content Mockups (Posts)
• Generate sample LinkedIn posts using ChatGPT (we provide prompts).
• Adjust the writing tone to match the specified niche.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity and quality.
3. Dashboard Mockup
• Design a simple visual dashboard mockup using Canva.
• Include sample metrics: followers gained, DM replies, calls booked.
• Optionally, organize backend data in Notion or Airtable.
4. Lead Sourcing & Outreach
• Find leads (150–200 contacts) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upgrade to see actual infon or Google Sheets (we’ll provide access).
• Collect basic info: name, job title, LinkedIn profile, and emails if available.
• Send outreach via cold email or LinkedIn messages using our provided scripts.
5. Appointment Coordination & CRM Tracking
• Manage and monitor bookings via Calendly.
• Record lead responses in Notion or Airtable.
• Identify and highlight warm or interested leads.

Ideal Candidate Skills
You don’t have to master everything, but ideally, you:
• Write clearly and professionally in English (emails, DMs, posts).
• Are proactive: able to research, troubleshoot, and deliver results without constant supervision.
• Know basic tools like Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, Calendly.
• Have basic visual design sense (landing pages, dashboards).
• Are comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT) for content generation.
• Have prior experience in lead generation or data scraping.
• Think proactively and practically—you’re not just completing tasks but helping to build something meaningful.

• Experience with outreach tools like Instantly, Mailreach, Smartlead.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn automation (Phantombuster, Clay workflows).

• Duration: 1–2 weeks (short-term project, potential for future ongoing work)
