Virtual Assistant for LazySun.com (Shopify + TikTok Shop + Creative Support)

Position: E-commerce Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Up to $800/month depending on experience and hours

About Us:
Lazy Sun is a growing lifestyle and apparel brand focused on clean design, great products, and strong customer experience. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our online store and social commerce channels.

We want someone proactive who can help us improve operations, keep products organized, and support marketing efforts as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management
* Create and manage Shopify product listings
* Build and update product detail pages (PDPs)
* Create and maintain accurate size charts
* Organize collections, tags, variants, and product data
* Ensure listings are clean, accurate, and optimized

Photo Editing
* Edit product photos for ecommerce use
* Remove backgrounds and place products on clean white backgrounds
* Resize and optimize images for Shopify and TikTok Shop
* Maintain consistent visual quality across listings

TikTok Shop Management
* Manage and maintain TikTok Shop listings
* Sync products between Shopify and TikTok Shop
* Monitor listings, product approvals, and basic operations
* Help improve TikTok Shop organization and performance

Meta / Instagram Ads Support
* Assist with creating and managing Meta ad campaigns
* Help launch Instagram and Facebook ads
* Create basic ad creatives and upload campaigns
* Monitor performance and report key metrics

Requirements
* Strong experience with Shopify
* Experience editing ecommerce product photos
* Familiarity with TikTok Shop
* Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
* Good written English and communication skills
* Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
* Ability to work independently and solve problems

Nice to Have
* Experience with apparel or fashion ecommerce brands
* Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
* Understanding of ecommerce marketing and conversion optimization
* Experience with social media content or short-form video

Hours & Compensation
* Open to both part-time and full-time applicants
* Monthly compensation capped at $800 depending on experience and availability
* Opportunity for long-term growth with the brand
