Primary Roles

Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up with leads and referrals via text, email, and phone.
- Schedule appointments with existing clients.
- Keep track of all leads and referrals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Seminar Coordination
- Schedule and organize Medicare 101 seminars/webinars.
- Promptly follow up with seminar attendees to schedule next steps.

CRM Management
- Update and maintain lead and client records in our CRM system to ensure accuracy.

SOP Documentation
- Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures to streamline processes.

What We’re Looking For
- A detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives on organization and follow-through.
- Someone who enjoys variety in their day and can handle multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Strong communication skills, especially via email and text.
- Fluent in conversational English
- must have reliable internet connection
- Comfortable using technology like CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
