RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Assembly: Transform raw Google Docs, transcripts, and WordPress drafts into stunning, well-formatted articles. You’ll be responsible for the final layout, including sourcing high-quality imagery from DepositPhotos and Wikimedia to bring the Greek landscape to life.

On-Page SEO: Optimize headers, meta-descriptions, and image Alt-text using RankMath. We prioritize writing for humans first, ensuring our SEO feels natural and helpful.

Affiliate Integration: Research the best boutique hotels, villas, or travel gear relevant to specific Greek destinations and seamlessly integrate affiliate links ( ---------- , etc.).

Pinterest Management: Design 3–5 eye-catching Pins in Canva for every new guide and schedule them via Pinterest's native scheduler.

Basic Research: Dig deep to find "secret" tavernas, the best sunset spots, or the most authentic island experiences that larger guidebooks miss.


Facebook Group: Manage the monthly Admin Assist rotation in our community group and schedule regular updates for our Business Page.

Instagram Page: Create engaging visual content, including carousels and single-photo posts that capture the Greek aesthetic.


REQUIRED SKILLS

WordPress Proficiency: Expert-level comfort with the Gutenberg editor and common plugins.

Canva Ninja: You have a sharp eye for design and can turn a simple smartphone photo into a professional Pinterest graphic.

SEO Awareness: You understand the mechanics of keywords and know that internal linking is the backbone of a great site.

English Proficiency: High-level written English is essential for formatting, basic copy-editing, and maintaining our brand voice.

Reliability: You are a disciplined self-starter who can maintain the workflow while the team is in the field (or on a ferry between islands).
