Virtual Assistant for Ecommerce Brand

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will assist with various day to day activities including managing multiple Shopify stores and providing administrative and client relations support. Bonus if the candidate has experience in e-commerce retail brands, social media and marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities


E-commerce Operations - Shopify Experience Required
• Create and update product listings on Shopify.
• Minimal coding experience required for updating to Shopify Website.
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.


Administrative Support
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Generate sales, inventory, and customer service reports.
• Assist with competitor research and market analysis.
• Support management with various operational tasks using Google Sheets.

Customer Relations
Responding to wholesale customer inquiries
Managing requests and finding leads
Following up with clients
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or virtual assistance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
