Virtual Assistant for E-Learning Platform

About Us
We’re building a digital platform to help women 30+ travel the world fearlessly. Through online courses, tools, and resources, we’re empowering women who feel anxious about travel to make confident, informed decisions before and during their trips.

We’re looking for a creative and organized Virtual Assistant who can help us build, manage, and polish our WordPress-based e-learning platform while contributing to the creation of engaging visual content. You’ll be working closely with the founder to ensure everything looks great, works smoothly, and feels empowering to our audience.

What You'll Do
Upload and format course content in WordPress

Support the setup and organization of the LMS (we may use LearnDash, TutorLMS, or similar)

Create simple yet professional visuals and illustrations in Canva

Organize digital files (e.g. lesson assets, visuals, videos)

Assist with landing pages, opt-ins, and resource sections

Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across content

Troubleshoot basic WordPress issues or coordinate fixes

Optional: help create social media graphics and blog visuals

Who You Are
Fluent in English (especially written)

Experience managing WordPress backend

Comfortable using Canva or similar tools

Detail-oriented and proactive – you catch typos, formatting issues, and inconsistencies

Open to feedback and eager to improve

Curious about travel, women’s empowerment, safety, or education

Bonus Points if You Have:

Experience with LMS plugins like LearnDash, TutorLMS, LifterLMS, etc.

Basic understanding of SEO and content layout best practices

Familiarity with content platforms like Notion, Trello, or Google Drive

Commitment
Starting with 10–15 hours per week

Flexible hours but must be responsive to feedback (we’ll collaborate closely at the beginning)
