About Me
I’m a writer and creator working across multiple formats — theater, TV, film, ebooks, and app development. Many of my projects explore storytelling, religion, and technology. I use AI as a creative tool, and I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help me stay organized, productive, and moving forward on a variety of creative ventures.
Role Overview
You’ll work closely with me to manage writing workflows, coordinate with outside vendors/creators, and keep projects on track. This role is part creative support, part administrative support — ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, writing, and new technology, but also thrives on organization and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in formatting and organizing scripts, ebooks, and stage plays.
• Use AI tools to help brainstorm, generate, and refine creative drafts (ebooks, scripts, copy).
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and provide daily reminders.
• Research and reach out to potential vendors, freelancers, or collaborators.
• Help coordinate AI app development tasks and track deliverables.
• Keep files, drafts, and project assets neatly organized and easy to access.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with script formatting and ebook publishing is a plus.
• Excellent time management — able to track multiple deadlines.
• Proactive communicator; not afraid to follow up or remind me of tasks.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
