Are you a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong background in eCommerce operations? We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to support our growing Operations Team in a fast-paced online retail environment.


???? What You’ll Be Doing

Creating and managing new orders in Ship Station
Liaising and communicating with internal tea ---------- mbers via
Slack Performing data entry, tracking, and analysis in Excel and Google Sheets Supporting daily operational workflows to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the operations team

? What You’ll Need:
Proven experience using Ship Station, Shopify, and Slack
Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, basic analysis)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written communication and responsiveness
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

???? Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience working with logistics/shipping operations
Previous experience in a remote eCommerce team
Basic understanding of order fulfilment processes
