Virtual Assistant – Webinar Slide Designer

We’re looking for a talented Virtual Assistant (VA) with presentation design experience to create high-quality webinar slide decks for our coaching clients.

Each deck will be around 80–100 slides, and must follow the AdClients Framework and client branding guidelines. You’ll be creating sleek, modern, and visually engaging slides that help our clients confidently deliver webinars and convert viewers into customers.

This is NOT a basic admin VA role — we need someone creative, reliable, and experienced in making presentation decks that are clear, beautiful, and professional.

Responsibilities

Design full 80–100 slide webinar decks in Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides

Follow the AdClients Framework and client branding guidelines

Turn client notes or outlines into clean, engaging slides

Maintain consistency in layout, font, color, and overall branding

Ensure high visual impact and professional polish across every slide

Meet deadlines and communicate clearly with the internal team

Requirements

Experience creating high-spec slide decks for webinars, courses, or coaching programs

Strong eye for design and layout – modern, minimal, clean style

Skilled in Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint (Canva Pro preferred)

Strong English comprehension and communication skills

Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Extremely detail-oriented – you spot typos, alignment issues, and off-brand colours!
