Position: Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
Start Date: Immediate or April 2025
Hours: 20-25 hours/week
Compensation: 500 CHF/month (approx. 5 CHF/hour, negotiable based on experience)
Location: Fully remote, preferably with some overlap with Medellín, Colombia (GMT-5)

About Me
I’m an ambitious pianist and composer preparing to launch my concert career in 2025 while building my brand as an innovative artist. I’m working on my piano repertoire, original compositions, a lifestyle app, and music collaborations to boost my social media presence. I need a dependable, proactive VA to handle organizational and creative tasks, so I can focus on my music.

Responsibilities
- Social Media Management (40%):
- Schedule and post content on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (e.g., piano videos, DJ collabs).
- Reach out to playlist curators on Spotify and YouTube to promote my tracks.
- Basic image or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) are a plus.
- Administrative Support (30%):
- Manage and respond to emails (e.g., collab requests, event planners).
- Coordinate appointments (e.g., with piano teacher, videographer).
- Conduct research (e.g., affordable studios in Medellín, contacts for luxury hotels in Switzerland).
- Project Support (30%):
- Track progress on my “Optilife” app (liaise with developers, take notes).
- Assist with organizing crowdfunding campaigns or small online events (e.g., piano livestreams).

Requirements
- Fluent English (German or Spanish is a bonus).
- Experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and basic tools (Google Suite, Trello, Canva).
- Reliable, organized, and proactive work ethic.
- Interest in music/art is a plus but not required.
- Availability for 1–2 short check-ins per week (via Zoom or Slack).
