About the role

We're a growing window cleaning business looking for a sharp, self-directed Virtual Assistant to own the behind-the-scenes operations that keep us running efficiently and profitably. You'll work closely with the owner to track our numbers, manage client relationships, monitor our ad performance, and keep our online presence healthy — all remotely.

This is a high-trust role with real ownership. You'll have visibility into the full business and your work will directly impact our growth and bottom line.

Quick details:


Finance tracking & expense management:
Track income, expenses, and overall spend on a regular basis. Flag areas where costs can be trimmed and help keep overhead low. Maintain simple financial reports the owner can review weekly.

Meta ads monitoring & reporting:
Pull ad performance data fro ---------- ta (Facebook/Instagram), track spend vs. results, calculate cost-per-lead and ROI, and deliver clear weekly summaries. Flag underperforming campaigns and recommend adjustments.

CRM management & client follow-up:
Keep the CRM clean and up to date. Track leads through the pipeline, send follow-up messages to prospects and existing clients, and ensure no one falls through the cracks.

Google My Business & online reviews:
Monitor the health of our Google Business Profile, respond to reviews, and proactively reach out to satisfied clients to generate new 5-star reviews. Keep the listing optimized and up to date.

Team & client communication:
Serve as a communication hub — relay info to field crew, send appointment confirmations and reminders to clients, and handle routine inbound messages so the owner can stay focused on the work.

KPI tracking & business reporting:
Compile and track key business numbers — revenue, jobs completed, lead conversion rates, ad spend, and more. Deliver a clear weekly or monthly snapshot so decisions are always backed by data.

CRM experience (e.g. Jobber, HubSpot)
Meta Ads Manager
Google My Business
Basic bookkeeping
Strong written communication
Highly organized

Spreadsheets / Google Sheets
Home services industry (bonus)
Process-driven mindset
