Travel Concierge

We are looking for a Travel Concierge who is passionate about creating seamless travel experiences and delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor behind every journey, using AI-powered tools to research and recommend hotels, coordinate logistics, and communicate directly with travelers to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, communicates with clarity and warmth, adapts quickly to changes, and maintains a high level of attention to detail that elevates the client experience from initial inquiry through completion of the trip.

What You Will Work On

Client Engagement and Support

Communicate with travelers via messaging platforms to understand preferences and deliver personalized recommendations
Respond promptly to inquiries with initial replies within 10 to 20 minutes during your shift
Manage special requests and coordinate effectively with hotels and vendors
Maintain a calm, professional, and reassuring tone, especially when plans change

Research and Booking

Research and recommend hotels, restaurants, and attractions using AI tools and reliable sources
Verify all details including location, timing, pricing, and amenities prior to confirming bookings
Coordinate reservations for hotels, transportation, and travel logistics across multiple platforms

Content and Destination Curation

Create and curate destination guides and travel recommendations combining editorial quality with practical insights
Collaborate with marketing teams to feature premium destinations and experiences
Stay updated on travel trends, new openings, and high-value recommendations

Problem Solving and Adaptability

Respond quickly to unexpected changes such as delays, cancellations, or itinerary adjustments
Communicate clearly under pressure to maintain client trust and satisfaction

What You Bring

Strong customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering premium service
High attention to detail and reliability in execution
Excellent written English with clear, professional, and engaging communication
Self-driven approach with a willingness to learn and improve continuously
Comfortable using tools such as Slack, messaging platforms, Google Workspace, and booking systems
Ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
Strong research skills and awareness of global travel trends

Nice to Have

Background in hospitality, travel, or concierge services
Experience using AI tools for research and productivity
Familiarity with airlines, loyalty programs, and booking systems
International travel experience or strong knowledge of global destinations
Ability to negotiate with vendors and secure favorable outcomes for clients
