Virtual Assistant & Technical Support Specialist

TechToast Academy is a 25-week Arduino-based coding and electronics program for kids ages 8+. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA with hands-on Arduino experience to join our small but fast-growing team.

This is a dual role — you'll manage day-to-day admin tasks AND handle technical support emails from parents and kids working through our Arduino-based curriculum.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer emails daily
- Troubleshoot Arduino-specific issues with customers (wiring, code, components, common errors)
- Handle order inquiries, returns, and general support
- Assist with admin tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Strong written English
- Hands-on Arduino experience (essential — you must have built projects with Arduino yourself)
- Highly organised and reliable
- Experience in customer service is a plus

This is a long-term role with room to grow as the company scales.
