Virtual Assistant - Social Media Manager

**About the Role**
I’m a full-time TikTok content creator and TikTok Shop affiliate in the K-Beauty and skincare space. I need a reliable, detail-oriented VA/Social Media Manager to handle platform operations across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and admin — so I can stay focused on content and brand growth.



**What You’ll Do**


*TikTok

• Product research — find trending, high-converting products
• Write 40 scripts/week using AI (20–55 sec MAX) — highly converting, matching my voice and tone
• Create AI-generated content (20–30 sec videos), write scripts, add links and captions, run the page

*Instagram

• Set up MiniChat, add affiliate links, repurpose TikTok content to Stories
• Negotiate brand contracts (aim above 10% commission), maintain media kit, submit invoices
• Reply to minimum 10 comments/day

*YouTube/Facebook

• Add shop links to videos; reply to minimum 30 comments/day
• Repost TikTok Shop content, link TikTok video in comments, manage MiniChat

*Admin / Email

• Create weekly performance reports
• Calendar management via Lark (meetings, campaign deadlines)
• Collect W-9s and contracts, outreach for retainers, track all payments
• Negotiated Brand Deals and Partnerships


***Requirements***

• Familiar with TikTok Shop — affiliate links, storefronts, commission tracking
• Can research trending products, sounds, and hooks
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs
• Strong written English — clean captions and short-form copy
• Comfortable with scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, or TikTok native)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and discreet — you’ll have access to sensitive business info
• Great with negotiating Brand Deals
• Experience supporting creators or e-commerce brands

*Practical

• Reliable availability or clear async turnaround windows
• Own equipment and stable internet
• Willing to complete a paid trial task before hiring

-Payment BONUS: You’ll make an additional 5% commission from brand deals you
negotiate. So if you negotiated $10k in brand deals for the month you’d receive that
$500 bonus at the end of the month On top of your salary.
