JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, experience with social media management, and a knack for lead generation and data entry. You will also assist with vetting resumes, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and partners.
Compile and manage contact lists.
Send outreach emails and follow-up messages.
Track leads and interactions using a CRM tool.

Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers to build community and increase engagement.
Track social media performance and generate simple analytics reports.

Data Entry & Management:
Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and CRM systems.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity.
Assist with generating reports and tracking key metrics.

Resume Vetting & Hiring Support:
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Organize and categorize incoming resumes for easy reference.
Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews.

Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Manage calendars efficiently to avoid conflicts.
Send reminders and follow-ups as needed.

Administrative Support:
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain digital file organization and ensure documentation is up to date.
Support customer inquiries and responses when required.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Social Media Expertise: Must have a working Facebook and Instagram account and experience with social media management.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Data Entry Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering and managing data.
Recruiting Support: Familiarity with resume screening and basic hiring processes.
Scheduling Skills: Ability to efficiently manage and organize appointments and calendars.
Time Management: Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation, social media management, and data entry.
Portfolio of previous work or social media content examples.
Familiarity with scheduling tools (like Calendly) and project management platforms (like ClickUp or Asana).
