JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a social media-savvy professional with a knack for graphic design and an exceptional ability to stay ultra-organized? We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who can combine their creative and organizational superpowers to help manage and grow our fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role (up to 40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Schedule and manage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Research and implement best practices for hashtags, keywords, and platform promotions (following strict IG guidelines to avoid restrictions).
- Monitor engagement and assist with driving growth across all platforms.

Graphic Design

- Design visually appealing banners for events (e.g., Facebook, StreamYard, homework).
- Create branded social media posts using Canva or Photoshop.
- Design and edit workbooks, marketing materials, and videos.

Organizational and Administrative Support

Manage calendars and scheduling for program speakers and participants.
- Organize program materials, create client reports, and assist in client communication.
- Use tools like Trello or ClickUp to complete and track tasks.
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant and overall team.

Customer Service

- Communicate professionally and enthusiastically with clients, providing top-notch support.
- Handle client interactions with care and attention to detail.

- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of content scheduling, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
- Extreme Organization: A master of multitasking who can keep projects and people on track.

- Self-Starter: Someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and solves problems proactively.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is crucial—nothing slips through the cracks with you.
- Positive Attitude: You bring energy, enthusiasm, and a “can-do” spirit to the team.

Social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Graphic design software like Canva or Photoshop.
- Video editing software (preferred).

- Experience managing landing pages and email automations.
