Virtual Assistant - Social Media

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the business with a variety of tasks, including video editing with AI avatars (will be provided to you), content curation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing with AI Avatars:
o Edit and produce high-quality videos featuring AI avatars for various marketing and business purposes.
o Ensure videos are engaging, clear, and aligned with the overall content strategy.
o Work closely with the team to understand the video’s objective and desired outcome.

2. Content Curation (Finding Relevant Videos Online):
o Research and curate videos from reputable sources that are relevant to the company’s content strategy and target audience.
o Stay up-to-date on trends and emerging topics in the industry to ensure that curated content is timely and relevant.
o Organize and categorize videos for easy access and use by the team.

3. Client Engagement:
o Reach out to potential clients through various communication channels (email, social media, etc.).
o Engage in meaningful conversations to build rapport and explore opportunities for collaboration.
o Respond to client inquiries and support efforts to convert leads into long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in video editing.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to find relevant, high-quality video content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients effectively.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, including video editing software, social media platforms, and communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
