JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a flooring company based in Georgia, USA. We install hardwood, LVP, and carpet, and we are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage scheduling, customer communication, and CRM updates.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer texts and missed calls quickly (within 5 minutes)
- Schedule appointments and jobs
- Update CRM notes after every customer interaction
- Maintain a daily tracking spreadsheet
- Send confirmations and follow-ups
- Coordinate daily schedule with installation crews

---

Daily Workflow:
- Morning: Confirm schedule and send reminders
- Throughout the day: Respond to leads, schedule jobs, update CRM
- End of day: Prepare next-day schedule and send confirmations

---

Requirements:
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Friendly and professional communication
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Available during U.S. Eastern Time hours

Pay:
$7–$9/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses
