Life Essentials Counseling and Consulting and Love in Action, two purpose-driven wellness and relationship coaching brands, are seeking a highly organized, professional, and client-focused Virtual Assistant to support scheduling and client outreach operations across both brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, coordinating calendars, sending and responding to client communications, conducting follow-up outreach, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every client from first contact through ongoing engagement. You will serve as a direct point of contact for our brands, representing them with professionalism, warmth, and discretion — making strong written and verbal communication skills an absolute requirement. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, and the ability to craft clear, professional, and culturally sensitive correspondence on behalf of our practice. Proficiency with scheduling and communication tools such as Google Calendar, Calendly, SimplePractice, or similar EHR platforms, Gmail, and Microsoft Outlook is strongly preferred, along with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and virtual communication platforms such as Zoom. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a high volume of client interactions with accuracy and care — all while working independently in a remote environment.
