We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant / Recruitment Resourcer to help build Australia’s leading network of General Practitioners (GPs). You’ll work directly with Brett Rogers — a top-tier GP recruitment specialist — to source talent, refine systems, and make a measurable difference.

This is not a passive, task-ticking admin gig. You’ll be:

Sourcing real candidates

Running outreach campaigns

Spotting new job opportunities

Owning systems like JobAdder and LinkedIn Recruiter

Helping overseas GPs register to work in Australia

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

Build LinkedIn projects, run searches, and message qualified doctors

Head-hunt ---------- through Facebook groups and job boards

Add 5 qualified GP candidates/week to our talent pool

Data & System Management

Keep JobAdder & LinkedIn data clean and tagged

Use system filters to reduce manual screening

Track interview progress and follow-ups

Lead Generation

Monitor RACGP, Seek, and LinkedIn for new job ads

Send outreach messages to warm up BD leads

Help us expand our client/job base consistently

Onboarding Support (for overseas GPs)

Guide candidates through registration: EPIC, GMC, AMC/ECFMG, AHPRA

Coordinate employment paperwork

Ensure no steps are missed in the onboarding process

100–150 outreach messages sent per month

5+ new qualified GPs added weekly

JobAdder system cleaned and up-to-date

3–5 new job leads flagged monthly

1–2 candidates placed monthly

$5–$7 USD/hour, depending on experience

Bonus per successful placement

Remote – Work from anywhere

Full-time – 30–40 hours/week (part time can be considered also)
