About Us –
Full Frame Media & Productions is a growing real estate media company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide professional photography, videography, drone media, floor plans, and virtual tours for real estate agents.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations, client communication, photo quality control, scheduling, and marketing outreach. This position will begin part-time with opportunities for increased hours and responsibilities as the company grows.
Responsibilities –
Client Communication
Respond to client
Answer inquiries using pricing and service templates provided
Follow up with clients regarding scheduling, payments, and project updates
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
Scheduling & Operations
Schedule and confirm photo/video shoots
Manage Google Calendar and booking requests
Send appointment confirmations and preparation
Keep project folders organized Dropbox
Photo Quality Control (QC)
Review final photo deliveries before they are sent to clients using HDPhotohub
Check for:
Proper brightness and color balance
Straight vertical lines
Overall image quality and consistency
Missing or incorrect photos
Make minor photo adjustments when necessary
Add property location markers ("pin drops") to drone photos when requested
Perform simple object removals when needed (trash cans, small distractions, etc.)
Marketing & Outreach –
Research local real estate agents and brokerages
Send outreach messages to potential clients
Deliver pre-recorded introduction videos and
Track outreach efforts and responses
Requirements –
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Reliable internet connection
Organized and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications –
Experience as a Virtual Assistant
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Experience with real estate media, photography, or marketing
Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Hours –
10-15 hours per week initially
Flexible schedule, but some availability during U.S. Pacific Time business hours is preferred.
Compensation –
$4–$8 USD per hour depending on experience and skill level.
Paid trial period before long-term hire.
