Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Lead Generation and Business Automation Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to help build systems, manage client interactions, and create marketing strategies to generate revenue and grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & CRM Development
Develop and implement lead generation systems to acquire qualified leads from various sources.
Create and manage an efficient CRM system to streamline client management and follow-ups.

Business Automation & Deal Analysis
Build systems to improve efficiency and allow the business to operate smoothly.
Schedule appointments with real estate clients and analyze deals for cash flow potential.
Propose innovative strategies to increase revenue and scale the business.

Marketing & Social Media Management
Promote property listings, cross-post content, and engage with social media audiences.
Design marketing materials such as mailers, magazines, logos, and other branding assets.
Create auto-responders, email templates, and newsletters to maintain consistent lead engagement.
Research and acquire off-market deals, pre-foreclosure lists, and other lead sources.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.

Administrative & Operational Support
Place orders for resources and tools needed for business growth.
Develop logos, websites, and landing pages (preferred but not required).
Prepare and distribute marketing materials to targeted communities.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry or a similar field.
Expertise in lead generation systems, CRMs, and business automation tools.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing strategies.
Strong skills in designing marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
Tech-savvy with experience in website development, landing page creation, and email marketing platforms (preferred).
Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
