About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Bilingual Executive Partner / Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who is fluent in Spanish and experienced in handling real estate transaction processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working inside real estate systems and MLS platforms.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday , 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

As a Transaction Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For:
* Managing and uploading transaction documents through Paperless Pipeline
* Organizing and maintaining files within Google Drive
* Uploading and updating listing documents in Navica, FLEX, and Realtracs
* Drafting and processing documents using Transaction Desk
* Monitoring transaction timelines, task lists, and status updates
* Creating and maintaining listing, referral, and closing files
* Reconciling spreadsheets and conducting audits to ensure accuracy
* Following SOPs, compliance requirements, and internal processes
* Providing daily updates and communicating pending items or concerns with the team.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
* Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experienced in real estate transaction coordination
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage deadlines, follow-ups, and multiple tasks efficiently
* Comfortable working within MLS systems and real estate platforms
* Skilled in document management and file organization
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
