ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing U.S.-based virtual staffing company looking for motivated, reliable Virtual Assistants to join our team full-time. You will be working directly with our insurance agency clients, handling outbound calls, setting appointments, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and weekly pay.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads on behalf of our clients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for agents and advisors
• Following up with prospects via phone and email
• Updating and managing CRM records accurately
• Handling inbound calls and routing inquiries as needed
• Performing data entry and general administrative tasks
• Communicating professionally with clients and their customers at all times


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent English speaker — clear, professional, and confident on the phone
• Prior experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing
• Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and processes
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available to work U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not required


COMPENSATION & DETAILS

• Pay rate: $4.00 USD per hour
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Paid weekly via Wise, PayPal, or direct transfer
• 100% remote — work from anywhere
• Independent contractor position
• Long-term engagement for the right candidate
