JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a Part time Virtual Assistant (20-30 hours with potential to move to full time later) to help work the hours that my other assistant cannot work. Hours will be within the hours of 10AM-5PM CST. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails and assistant work. If you have worked with Airbnb cleaning companies or digital marketing companies that’s even better. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Tasks:?
* Add cleaning jobs to our calendar?
*Schedule cleaners?
*Input all scheduled jobs into my CRM?
*Put out job advertisements for new cleaners?
*Create checklists, marketing materials,?
* Manage appointments, schedule and send reminders?
* Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.?
* Client follow-up.?
* Texting and calling?
* Social media marketing?
* Other assistant work??

Job Requirements:?
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills?
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails?
* Willing to work during hours listed above.?
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection?
* Prior experience in a similar role in the Airbnb cleaning industry or digital marketing??

Pay:?
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses.?

Quick About me:?I have been doing Airbnb cleaning for 3 years, and entrepreneurship for 6 years. I invest in real estate on the side. I live in San Antonio TX and am focused heavily on my work and growth in my business.??
