We are a fast-growing education company focused on credit repair, consumer law advocacy, and personal/business funding. Our mission is to empower individuals and entrepreneurs with practical strategies, tools, and support to build strong financial futures. We are launching new free and paid school communities and developing courses, workshops, and learning resources to help our members achieve real results.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can help manage our online school community, support course creation, and conduct high-quality market/content research. If you are organized, research-savvy, and love building engaged learning spaces, this role is for you.

**Role Overview**

As our Virtual Assistant / Community Manager, you’ll be the right-hand support for day-to-day community operations and course development. You’ll help keep the school community organized, engaging, and valuable, while also assisting with building new courses and researching trends, laws, and market needs to guide content direction.

This is a remote position requiring excellent communication, consistent follow-through, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Community Management**

* Manage daily operations of our online school community (posting, moderating, organizing content).
* Welcome new members, guide onboarding, and help foster engagement.
* Respond to questions or route them appropriately to the right resources.
* Enforce community guidelines and maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
* Track community needs and frequently asked questions to inform future content.
* Create weekly engagement posts (discussion prompts, polls, challenges, reminders).
* Support live sessions/webinars by handling chat, Q&A collection, and follow-ups.

**Course Creation Support**

* Assist in outlining, organizing, and structuring course modules.
* Convert rough notes/audio/video into polished lessons or written training material.
* Format course content into presentations, worksheets, templates, checklists, and guides.
* Upload and organize course materials inside our platform (LMS or membership hub).
* Ensure content is clear, professional, and aligned with teaching goals.
* Help maintain a content calendar or course build timeline.

**Market & Content Research**

* Conduct research on credit, funding, business formation, consumer laws, banking trends, and related topics.
* Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights for course and content planning.
* Track competitor offerings and market gaps.
* Identify trending member needs, FAQs, and emerging opportunities.
* Locate credible sources and provide links/references in organized research documents.

**Administrative Support**

* Assist with project coordination and deadlines for launches.
* Manage spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documentation.
* Help with email drafting, scheduling, or follow-up tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

* **Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Community Manager, or course/content support role.**
* **Strong research skills**: able to find trustworthy sources and summarize accurately.
* **Excellent writing and communication** (clear, professional, friendly).
* Comfortable working in online communities (Facebook Groups, Skool, Circle, ---------- , Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
* Experience assisting with course creation, training materials, or educational content.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Tech-comfortable: Google Workspace, Canva, Excel/Sheets, project tools (Trello/Asana/Notion), Zoom.
* Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines without heavy supervision.

## **Nice-to-Have (Not Required)**

* Familiarity with credit repair, consumer law, business funding, or entrepreneurship education.
* Experience with LMS platforms or membership hubs.
* Light copywriting/marketing skill (email drafts, post captions, content blurbs).
* Video/audio transcription or repurposing skills.

**Work Style & Expectations**

* Remote/virtual position.
* Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week), with opportunity to grow into more hours.
* Must be responsive during agreed-upon work windows.
* Weekly check-ins + clear task lists and project goals.
* Confidentiality is required due to the nature of our industry and client/member info.
