YOUR FOCUS:
"Virtual Assistant."

This means helping with a variety of tasks to support the academy and students: Website updates, SEO efforts, research, running reports, checking emails, occasionally helping with student support, calling/emailing dance studios for rental space etc. are just a few examples.

You must be open to doing a wide variety of tasks. This role has much a wider variety of tasks than working in a large corporation, which makes it more challenging but more fun.

Our culture is fast-paced and every day is unique.

Although you'll begin by doing what is asked, over time (and the sooner the better), you'll need to pro-actively and independently handle tasks/projects without being told and recommend new projects based on opportunities you see. For a smart, motivated person, this role will be more stimulating than a traditional virtual assistant role.


SCHEDULE
• Three weeks training: Sunday through Friday 4:30pm-10:30pm PST (Los Angeles time)
• After training is complete: Sundays 6:00pm-10:00pm PST (Los Angeles time), Monday through Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm PST (Los Angeles time), including an hour break for lunch.
• Occasionally (maybe just once per 2-3 months) you may be asked to also be available during flexible hours, such as the mornings PST on a Saturday. Some flexibility is needed.


GROWTH:
Payment increases over time.

If you are outstanding, long-term there may also be the opportunity to be promoted into a leadership role


TRAINING:
You'll receive basic training but many things you'll need to figure out on the fly. You must be a quick learner with a "can do" attitude.
