Job Overview:
I’m looking for a highly resourceful and detail-oriented virtual assistant to support various tasks related to graphic design, data research, Google Ads management, and UX analysis. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, and a fast learner who can effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to solve problems and optimize workflows.
Responsibilities:
UX UI Design: Quickly create mockups using Canva or your preferred design tool.
Google Ads Management: Monitor, optimize, and report on ad campaigns.
Data Scraping & Research: Extract data from websites and compile it into spreadsheets or Word documents.
Data Organization: Categorize and maintain data in Google Sheets, Google Slides, or Airtable.
Data Analysis & Summaries: Review data daily and provide key insights or trends.
AI Utilization: Use ChatGPT effectively to research, problem-solve, and learn new skills as needed.
Research Projects: Conduct various research tasks on demand.
UX Evaluation: Analyze websites for user experience (UX) strengths and weaknesses and clearly articulate findings.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Canva (or another graphic design tool)
- Experience managing Google Ads (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Strong data research & analysis skills
- Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Excellent organization & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & problem-solve using AI tools
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- At least 40 mbps high-speed reliable internet
- High resolution monitor
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience with Airtable or data management tools
- Background in digital marketing, CRO, or UX research
- Familiar with Trello (project management tool)
