About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. You’ll work closely with us through WhatsApp, taking transaction details and customer information and turning them into clear, structured records.
Your Responsibilities:
• Create & Maintain Ledgers:
• Build and update detailed Excel spreadsheets and cash flow ledgers from information shared on WhatsApp.
• Build & Manage CRM Database:
• Create and maintain a customer database (CRM) using Excel or Google Sheets, collaborating with us directly to keep all customer data and purchase histories up to date.
• Admin & Organizational Support:
• Handle other general admin tasks to help keep the business running smoothly.
Work Schedule & Availability:
• Roughly 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but hours will vary based on workload.
• You must be flexible with your schedule — some weeks will be lighter, others more demanding.
• You must also be easily reachable on WhatsApp, even outside standard working hours, in case urgent tasks or updates come up.
Requirements:
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (you’ll be building these systems from scratch).
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating daily and working via WhatsApp.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience with bookkeeping, ledgers, CRM-type data, or administrative work is a plus.
