Virtual Assistant — NYC StreetEasy Rental Verification Project

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to verify a large list of NYC addresses against StreetEasy.

The goal is to create a clean list of addresses that are confirmed rental apartment buildings or multifamily properties based on StreetEasy evidence.

This is a research and data-entry task. Accuracy is more important than speed.

Main Task:

You will be given a spreadsheet of NYC addresses. For each address, you must search StreetEasy and confirm whether the exact property has:

A StreetEasy building page
Current rental listings
Past rental listings
Rental history
Apartment units
Multifamily / rental building evidence

If the exact address does not appear on StreetEasy, it should be marked as Not Verified / Remove.

Important Rules:

Do not keep an address just because a nearby or similar address appears.

The address must be an exact StreetEasy match.

For each address, you will mark one of the following:

Verified Rental
No Exact StreetEasy Match
Needs Manual Review

You will complete the following fields:

Address
StreetEasy URL
Exact Address Match: Yes / No
Current Rentals Found: Yes / No
Past Rentals Found: Yes / No
Final Status
