About the Role
This is a key role on our team. You’ll help patients access care by managing claims efficiently and providing empathetic phone support. If you take pride in clean submissions, fast follow-ups, and clear communication, we want to hear from you.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has strong experience using Office Ally (required)
Understands medical billing and insurance claims workflows
Speaks and writes clear, kind English and supports elderly clients by phone with empathy
Is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and mindful of HIPAA and data privacy standards
Core Responsibilities:
Submit and manage claims via Office Ally
Verify insurance and resolve billing issues
Follow up on claim denials and delays
Provide phone-based billing support
Keep clear documentation and flag recurring issues
Collaborate with the team to streamline processes
Compensation & Perks
Hourly Rate: $4–$9 USD, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, fixed hours aligned with Eastern Time (New York)
