JOB OVERVIEW

You will be doing a variety of tasks and working for female podcaster and entrepreneur in Canada.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
- Excellent Canva skills
- Experience using Descript Audio + Video Editing
- Ability to have one video call over Zoom / week (15-30 minutes) during Pacific Time Zone Hours (9am-4pm)
- Access to fast, reliable internet
- Ability to start with 5-10 hours / week with the option to increase in the future.

Your job will be to support the podcast coordination and marketing of a weekly podcast. You will have recurring list of tasks to do each week. You will start by working 3-4 days a week for 2 hour shifts (this is an approximate). If you enjoy the work and consistently submit successful work, you will be given more clients and tasks!

Tasks include:

- Creating graphics and video clips for social media (using Canva templates)
- Administrative tasks (uploading video and audio clips and updating google docs)
- Coordinating with podcast editor / reviewing their work

About Sam:

- Sam is Self-Employed with multiple clients who hire her for podcast related services. Sam wants to hire someone who can help her run her business and who is excited to learn new podcast and marketing skills. She loves to travel, do sports in Squamish and cuddle with her cat, Bagheera.
- She also has a coaching program for podcasters and entrepreneurs and regularly does motivational speaking.

Make sure the graphic is 1) sized for Instagram Story 2) Includes a photo of Sam 3) Uses Sam’s brand colours 4) is promoting one of her latest episodes.

Attach / paste the graphics in the email of your application.

4. Use Descript to record a 30-60 second video of yourself that answers “what is your version of the freedom lifestyle”. Make sure the transcription is turned on, add 1-2 layers to the video and send the public watch link in your email.
