About the Role:
We seek a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and client management operations. This role involves client communication, reporting, scheduling, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Reporting
- Gather & format data from Google Ads, SEMrush, Local Viking.
- Create weekly updates & monthly reports (traffic trends, PPC, SEO insights).
- Follow up with clients, ensuring report delivery & addressing inquiries.

Appointment Scheduling & Call Review
- Schedule & confirm client meetings via Calendly, HubSpot, or Google Calendar.
- Prepare meeting notes (Google Ads data, SEO updates).
- Review & categorize calls in CallRail, flagging lead quality issues.

Admin & Project Support
- Monitor tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Test & report website form issues.
- Update CRM records & maintain documentation (SOPs, client notes).

Internal Team Support
- Prepare data & summaries for client meetings.
- Assist with documenting PPC/SEO processes & training materials.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in digital marketing, client management, or admin support.
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, SEMrush, CRM tools (HubSpot, HighLevel).
