JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant — LinkedIn Outreach & Content Support (Long-term)
We're a podcast & authority-building agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support a high-profile client project (a CEO/author). You'll work under a project lead and handle execution across two areas: outreach and content support.
What you'll do:

Build and clean prospect lists (LinkedIn, email research)
Load and maintain the CRM (keep pipeline up to date)
Send and track outreach messages from the client's account (following approved templates)
Schedule meetings and manage follow-ups
Support content: format and schedule LinkedIn posts, organize assets, prep drafts from briefs

You're a fit if you:

Have strong written English (this is client-facing)
Are organized and consistent — nothing falls through the cracks
Have experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRMs, and/or VA work
Can work [X] hours/week overlapping US time zones
Are proactive and take direction well

Nice to have: experience with SDR/lead gen, content scheduling tools, or working with executives.
