Virtual Assistant – LinkedIn Follow-Ups, Lead Sourcing & Tracker Management (4 hrs/day, Remote)
$5/hour – Long-term role – Experience required
We run a fast-moving recruitment business focused on senior tax hiring (Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Private Client).
We’re hiring a VA who’s used to working in fast, structured environments — someone who can manage follow-ups, track leads, and keep everything running behind the scenes.
This is not entry-level. You’ll need to be organised, consistent, and confident using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Slack daily.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing follow-up message sequences on LinkedIn (after connection is accepted)
• Updating a detailed tracker with connection status, responses, reminders, and voice note steps
• Following a structured 10-touch messaging SOP
• Running Boolean searches on LinkedIn (regularly, not daily) to find new candidate and client leads
• Coordinating with our lead scraper to process and clean extracted leads
• Keeping our outreach systems tight, accurate, and on time

• Slack
• Dripify
You’ll be trained on everything — but previous experience using at least 2 of these is required.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven VA experience in an operations, lead generation, or recruitment environment
• Strong written English
• Comfortable following systems and updating tracking sheets daily
• Detail-oriented — no skipped steps, no guessing
• Good communicator — flags issues early and gives quick status updates

Role Details:
• 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
• Fully remote
• $5/hour (USD), paid monthly
• Long-term, stable role with structured daily workflow
• Must be available during UK daytime hours (or partial overlap)
